I've been working as a system administrator for over 10 years now. The web is a fantastic troubleshooting tool and it always amazes me how people are willing to share their expertise with others in forums and blogs. I'd like to share some of the things I've learned and maybe help other techies along the way.

BlackBerry Resolution Status = Happy
I received this email update from BlackBerry support today. Now I've seen tickets flagged as closed or resolved but never happy.
The thing is I was feeling pretty good this afternoon. I was happy. How did they know? Uncanny. : )
